Resources for Anxiety Management

In our Provincetown Covid-19 Task Force adult support group we started out our sessions by thinking about setting goals for ourself around managing our responses to living through the pandemic and managing mid-winter on the Outer Cape. The following two documents can help you work on setting goals that are realistic to obtain in your day to day life! The first document is on successful goal setting strategies, and the second is on a technique called “SMART goal setting.”
